Some items on chewypawz.com may be offered as subscriptions, pre-orders, or limited try-before-you-buy options. This policy explains how these orders work and how you can change or cancel them.


Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription product, you’ll receive recurring deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select at checkout.

  • Your payment details are stored securely by our payment processor.
  • You’ll be charged automatically for each delivery according to your chosen schedule, unless you prepay for the entire subscription term.
  • Some subscriptions may auto-renew when they end. You can cancel renewal at any time.
  • You can cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time using the “Manage My Subscription” link in your order confirmation emails or by contacting us at info@chewypawz.com.
  • Changes must be made before your next billing date to take effect for that shipment.

Pre-Orders

A pre-order allows you to reserve an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product before it becomes available. This helps ensure you receive limited or high-demand items before they sell out.

  • We may charge your payment method immediately, collect a partial deposit, or store your payment details for later billing once the product ships.
  • Pre-orders are fulfilled in the order they are received, once inventory is available.
  • You can cancel a pre-order that has not yet shipped by contacting us at info@chewypawz.com.
  • Once a pre-order has been fulfilled or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled but may qualify for a refund per our Returns & Refund Policy.

Try Before You Buy

From time to time, we may offer limited try-before-you-buy programs. These let you try select items for a short period before being charged.

  • Program terms (duration, eligibility, payment authorization) are clearly stated on the product page.
  • If you decide not to keep the item, it must be returned unused and in new condition within the specified trial period to avoid full charges.
  • Once the trial period ends without a return, the payment method on file will be charged automatically.

How to Cancel or Change Your Order

  • Email us at info@chewypawz.com with your order number and cancellation request.
  • If the order has not yet been shipped or processed, we’ll confirm cancellation and issue a refund if applicable.
